يعتمد هذا النظام على وجود نسختين من البرنامج داخل شبكة واحدة. يقوم صاحب الكافيه أو صالة الألعاب بتحميل نسخة "العميل" (Client) وتثبيتها على جميع الأجهزة المتصلة داخل المكان. بينما يتم استخدام نسخة "السيرفر" (Admin Server) سواء عبر تطبيق الويندوز، المتصفح، أو تطبيق الهاتف على الجهاز الرئيسي المسؤول عن التحكم والإدارة. يجب أن تكون جميع الأجهزة متصلة على نفس الشبكة المحلية لضمان عمل النظام بشكل صحيح وتبادل البيانات بين الأجهزة والسيرفر.
